Have you purchased SMS credits from us, and then upon using them, found you were dissatisfied with the biteSMS service? We apologize, and ask you to claim a refund from us as follows.

To arrange a refund, simply email us at specifying the reasons for requesting the refund. The more informative this is, the quicker the process. We'll respond to your refund request within 3 days.

If we agree to your request for a refund, then we will send you a confirmation email and also top-up your biteSMS credits or refund your money.
